Job Code : PRODUCT SUPPORT REPS - EARTHMOVING EQUIPMENT Top Earthmoving Equipment Company requires your expertise and experience to fill the role of Product Support Representative in the DRC.

Duties:
Planned, frequency determined, customer visits
Provide Technical assistance to allocated territory
After sales liaison between dealer / subsidiary and company
Promotion of sales of parts & service labour hours
Technical diagnosis of customer problems
Provide immediate corrective action or feedback to relevant parties
Manage campaigns and PIP for allocated territory
Installations / machine hand over’s including operator training and maintenance training
Commissioning of components
Condition assessment of machines in the field
Frequent travelling throughout the DRC will be required

Requirements:
Qualified Earthmoving Diesel Mechanics
Good communication, Public Relations, report writing skills
Resourceful and self motivated
Good understanding of hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic circuit diagrams
French speaking advantageous

This position is to start ASAP.
Candidates must be willing to travel and / or relocate.
