We are looking for either a Senior Geotechnical Engineer looking to take the next step or a Principal looking to grow within an industry leader whilst working on globally recognised projects. You will be working as part of a team independently conceiving programs and problems to be investigated. You will direct your team and participate in discussions to determine basic operating policies, devising ways of reaching program objectives in the most economical manner and of meeting any unusual conditions affecting work progress.

The Principal position will involve business development (i.e. raising the profile of the company, tendering etc) in the field of geotechnical disciplinary area.

The Principal will also assist in managing a variety of divergent activities (within a discipline) under policy control, contributing to the strategic direction and mentoring employees within the discipline, contributing to the success of the business and may be responsible for contract negotiation.

The position will most likely be based out of Perth although the client has offices in Brisbane and Melbourne which could also work.
