All-Green is a start-up enterprise that has developed, and received multiple U.S. and foreign patents, to recycle precious metals (generally from circuit boards) that does not required the non-sustainable environmentally damaging process of smelting. The company has constructed a small plant for the production of clean sludge, and a refinery for recovering precious metals. This initial plant is capable of producing commercially salable quantities, and may expanded (or replicated on a "cookie-cutter basis") at modest expense
