At the direction of the Lead Application Integrator, this role will develop on and support our application integration platforms, including Microsoft BizTalk and Azure Data Factory. This role will collaborate with our business partners to understand application integration requirements and be able to propose technical solutions.

  • Develop, test, implement and support application integrations with intermittent supervision
  • Consult with business partners and other MIS Teams to develop technical solutions
  • Analyze business and system needs in terms of integration requirements and be able to provide accurate work estimates for planning purposes
  • Provide technical documentation for handing off solutions to support team
  • Respond to and resolve system outages
  • Perform other duties as requested


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business or related degree and three (3) years of experience in application integration, development, and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Microsoft Azure and/or other cloud platforms
  • Experience in C#
  • Experience working on agile teams
  • Experience working with a global team
  • Experience building interfaces with Microsoft BizTalk and/or Microsoft Azure Data Factory
  • Understand application integration design patterns, including a canonical data model pattern
  • Experience with SQL server and/or other relational databases including writing sql queries
  • Good written and verbal communication skills


  • Position is in busy, non-smoking office located in downtown Phoenix, AZ
  • Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by elevator.
  • Occasionally work will be performed in a mine, outdoor or manufacturing plant setting.
  • Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment.
  • Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.
