US $75- 85k net + bonus.

Our client, a rapidly growing diversified, private miner with multiple assets in Africa, currently seeks a Process Plant Superintendent for a Gravity plant located in West Africa. It is an opportunity that offers progression in a growing business.

Reporting to the General Manager, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Finalising the plant commissioning and providing operational input for the design.
• Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of gravity and flotation processes to an extent that risk of failure is minimal.
• Leading operations teams to achieve targeted production goals once the plant is up and running.
• Budgeting and monitoring expenditures involving production and other KPIs.
• Mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years+ gravity experience with proven management skills, previous involvement in commissioning and proven experience of running a plant.
