Our client, a global mining company with multiple assets in Africa, is currently looking for a Mineral Resource Manager for their entire gold mining portfolio. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a growing, progressive and innovative business.

Reporting to the VP of Geology, the candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Supervision of multiple gold assets which includes both open pit and underground mines.
• Managing and providing support to resource estimation projects.
• Reviewing and evaluating resource projects.
• Analysis and interpretation of geological data.
• Supervising due diligence validation of data for resource estimation.
• Providing assistance to production geology teams regarding grade control and reconciliation.
• Feasibility studies, and deposit and resource assessments. 
• Mentoring and training junior staff members.

We seek a degree qualified Geologist with a minimum of 15 years’ experience who can sign off NI 43-101 technical reports. Knowledge of SURPAC is preferrable.
