Our client, a leading global copper producer with a handsome portfolio of assets, currently seeks a Management Accountant to join their strong Finance team. This company have grown at a rapid pace in recent years and demonstrated a commitment to promoting their talent in line with that growth.

Reporting directly to the site Finance Manager, the Management Accountant will:

• Prepare, manage and improve the budget preparation process.
• Arrange internal Management Accounting reports.
• Oversee relationships with stakeholders to enhance the business value chain.
• Lead and control expenditure allocation to contain and reduce costs.
• Support the decision-making process by providing precise data and accurate reports.
• Implement principles to enhance the inclusive culture for the team and monitor their progress.

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years’ experience in Financial and Management Accounting in international mining environments.

We can consider people with a CIMA/CPA qualification, relevant degree and solid competency in ERP systems.
