Our client, a well-established oil & gas company is currently looking for an IT Cyber Security Team Lead to join their large IT department. This is an ideal opportunity to join a business with a rich past and a deep focus on new technologies.

Reporting to the IT Manager, some of the key responsibilities are:

• Establish procedures to identify cyber threats and events.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to Information Security.
• Conduct post-incident reporting and propose development of the systems in accordance with the security gaps.
• Manage risk assessments of all current systems.
• Ensure the efficiency of all Information Security Management systems.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in information security implementation. Training or certifications in CompTIA, SSCP, Security+ or equivalent are highly advantageous.
