Our client, a growing miner with multiple assets in Francophone Africa, currently seeks a Finance and Administration Manager to lead a team through a period of positive change and development. 

Based on site and reporting to an in-country GM with a dotted line to a Group Financial Controller, the position will involve leading a significant team of expatriates and local talent. The F&A Manager will take ultimate responsibility for the following functions: Finance, Tax, Procurement, Warehousing, Contracts, I.T and Admin.

The role will ensure alignment between finance and operations while optimising IT and Supply Chain. We seek someone capable of being hands on and training people while simultaneously being strategic and implementing long term systems.

The successful candidate will hold a CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA or a related qualification alongside a minimum of 10 -15 years’ relevant experience in the mining industry. We seek a Finance Manager who has experience of leading lateral, commercial functions such as supply chain.
