Job Responsibilities

• Handles a variety of confidential administrative tasks such as tasks related to regulatory filing and managing company records; maintains accurate and organized files and records
• Responds to related inquiries, handles requests and delivers key messages that are consistent with desired project outcomes
• Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of activities
• Drafts correspondences, prepares presentations and coordinates materials
• Coordinates meetings, events or activities related to the department
• May act as a key point-of-contact for the department; liaises with internal and external contacts to facilitate work outcomes
• Provides assistance with special projects as required, including research of new programs / services  and feasibility analyses
• May coordinate projects related to strategic initiatives of department
• Complies with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety, confidentiality and environmental policies
• Organizes agreements or process documents and ensures process steps and / or terms of agreements are adhered to; communicates terms of agreement to key stakeholders
• May mentor or train less experienced employees on operating standards, procedures and methods

Education and Experience

  • Have a Bachelor or Master in Communications, Media, Business, Languages or Literature
  • A prior experience of at least 7 years in same Role 
  • An experience in big companies or multinational would be desirable 
  • Fluency (written and spoken) in French, English and Arabic
