Under general supervision, provides diversified administrative Human Resources support for the leadership and staff of a functional unit at assigned site. Responsible for monitoring, evaluating and documenting agent quality in support of the HR Service Center quality monitoring goals and initiatives by impartially and consistently reviewing calls, emails, and other customer interaction systems used for accuracy.
  • Acts as a resource and advisor to team through various forms of monitoring to help ensure agents are adhering to policies and procedures, help insure correction and prevent quality slippage, to identify trends, gaps, opportunity for process improvement and additional needs
  • Works independently and within a team on special non-reoccurring and ongoing projects
  • Acts as Project Coordinator for special projects, at the request of the HR Service Center Manager, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings, creating brochures
  • Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, handles confidential and non-routine information
  • Performs diversified and specialized administrative work for site leadership or functional unit staff
  • Coordinates or prepares HR Shared Services yearly operational budget
  • Coordinates travel, including air, hotel and car rentals as well as processing expense reports
  • Arranges meetings, luncheons and seminars
  • Provides Supervisors and Managers with regular agent performance feedback and trends, including preparing and analyzing monthly agent quality reports for Management review
  • Assists the Senior HRSC Optimization Analyst with troubleshooting, reporting, tracking, and ensuring resolution of technology issues
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies and other miscellaneous purchases, keeping supply room stocked and organized
  • Prepares agendas, transcribes and distributes minutes of meetings, electronically files and maintains those
  • Sets up and maintains complex electronic and paper filing systems
  • Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of Administrative/Secretarial experience
  • Strong knowledge of Service Center processes and techniques
  • Knowledge of office management/administrative support practices and procedures
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for presentations and reports required
  • Knowledge of basic accounting, budgeting or business practices and methods
  • Proven ability to achieve and maintain departmental quality standards
  • Professional demeanor, dependable and able to maintain confidential information
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
  • Strong written communication skills (excellent grammar, spelling and sentence construction); strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must exhibit excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with agents, internal departments, management and customers/vendors of diverse populations
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly gain process/procedural knowledge and effectively communicate it to agents
  • Flexible, detailed and able to successfully adapt to change
  • Excellent attention to detail and collaboration skills
  • Skilled in preparing and maintaining accurate records, reports and files
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects

  • High School diploma or GED, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related discipline and one (1) year of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in an Shared Services or Service Center environment
  • Knowledge of general HR functions, processes and operations
  • Working knowledge of SAP and SharePoint
  • Good technical capacity


  • Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English
  • Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards
  • Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment
  • Position is in busy, non-smoking office located in downtown Phoenix, AZ
  • Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by elevator
  • Occasionally work will be performed in a mine, outdoor or manufacturing plant setting
  • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
  • Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
  • Must be able to frequently sit and stand; occasionally walk, bend, squat, climb, reach and kneel
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to ten (10) pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds
  • Must be able to operate and pull or push dollies, basket carts to retrieve, review and/or transport documents, files, boxes and other items
  • Ability to work with general office equipment such as a personal computer and keyboard, calculator, facsimile machines and photocopier
  • Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required
