Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all vendor management tasks  and maintained ongoing communications with vendors
  • Ensure company-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished
  • Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors.
  • Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required.
  • Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management plus produce fulfillment..
  • Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency in entire business partner processes.


Education and Experience

  • Excellent English &French
  • Master degree in Procurement / Law
  • 2 years professional experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Very good level of writing
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of Business Law

  • Ability to work with others in a team environment
