SRG Graphite inc. is a Canadian-based resource company with the goal of creating shareholder value by

environmentally and socially responsible fashion. Its operation is now mainly in West Africa.
SRG’s team is dynamic and enthusiastic having for vision to explore, develop and provide quality mineral
commodities in an ethical traceable way for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Directly reporting to the Vice President of Operations, Metallurgy and Process Design, the Logistics
Manager will be responsible for defining and establishing the different logistical routes for construction
equipment imports, consumable imports, mineral exports and personnel travel to and from the site. The
position is based at the SRG Graphite’s head office in the town Mount-Royal (Montreal) though frequent
travel to Africa will be required.

Job description:

 Negotiate with the different local officials of Guinea and neighbouring countries, and neighbour
companies to determine the most efficient and economical transport routes for the company’s
equipment, mineral and personnel
 Complete a detailed logistics plan for the construction and operations of the mine
 Participate in the planning of the project’s logistics procedures
 Follow import and export transits of merchandise
 Participate to the logistic portion of the feasibility study of the project with various engineering
consultants, suppliers, governments and clients


 Extensive logistics experience (10+ years) in West Africa
 Acquired a thorough experience of mining activities in Africa
 Have an extensive knowledge of international rules, conventions for sea, air and land transportation
 Be fluent in French in English spoken and written


 Be responsible, devoted and show initiative
 Promptly execute given tasks
 Ability to work under pressure
