Under general supervision, oversee global program management for Collaborative Planning and Rotables.  Lead and participate in global GSC projects and initiatives focused on developing new or enhanced solutions related to materials management processes, systems and technologies. Provide analytical support for Supply Chain teams globally including collaboration with business subject matter experts to enhance performance and customer service.  This role will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting performance against key supply chain metrics, analyzing root causes for under-performance, communication and distribution of those results to Senior Leadership at the sites and at the corporate office.
  • Provide program management globally for core GSC initiatives, including Collaborative Planning and Rotables
  • Program management will include functional ownership for supporting processes, program implementation, process enhancements, training and stakeholder education to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement, leveraging industry best practices
  • Work closely with Maintenance, Operations, Supply Chain and Technology teams develop solutions for data-intensive business problems and champion improvement related initiatives
  • Track and report regional and Corporate wide performance against inventory management, warehouse management and supply chain related metrics and key objectives
  • Analyze and identify root causes for under-performance and collaborate with site personnel and GSC colleagues to implement action plans for improvement
  • Prepare reports and presentations, and communicate with Executives and Senior Leadership at the sites and in the Corporate office
  • Perform other duties as required 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline and six (6) years of combined experience in Supply Chain strategies and concepts, system & project management and analysis projects required, OR
  • Master's degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline and four (4) years of combined experience in Supply Chain strategies and concepts, system & project management and analysis projects required
  • Proficient in Inventory Management and/or Warehouse Management concepts and strategies
  • Experience with SAP, Business Objects, Excel & MS Office
  • Experience with Visio & MS Project or similar software


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management; MBA a plus
  • Ability to develop EDW reporting tools using Business Objects and Visual Basic programming is a plus
  • Experience with Oniqua, IBM Maximo or related inventory optimization software
  • Experience with Maintenance Planning
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish


  • Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English
  • Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards
  • Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment
  • Position is in busy, non-smoking office located in downtown Phoenix, AZ
  • Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by elevator
  • Occasionally work will be performed in a mine, outdoor or manufacturing plant setting
  • Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk 
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to ten (10) pounds
  • Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in an outdoor or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and other protective equipment as required
