(Contract Opportunity: 16-18 Months)

Role Purpose

Maintain, advance, verify and support the continuous improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite modules.

Key Areas of Responsibility & Duties

Key Area: Support Oracle's strategy and processes


Support users of all sites/operations in solving problems related to the application
Support the finance team at the end of the month
Configure and update the documentation for the finance modules
Request and review comments for the continued improvement of the Oracle strategy
Analyze problems and processes, propose efficient solutions and produce the necessary documentation
Analyze unused features and offer optimum use for the company
Make estimates and ensure compliance with commitments
Collaborate with other Oracle analysts to improve Oracle's overall experience

Key Area: Participate in the implementation, migration and regression tests of projects as well as the addition of important features.

Identify business opportunities for IAMGOLD and its holdings  Propose options and recommend solutions
Participate in the functional design
Participate in the integrated tests and support the users in their acceptance tests
Provide training and post-implementation support
Inform the project manager of the progression, risks and options during the project

Key Area: Develop and execute training.

Develop training materials. Training should include the establishment of baseline data and the definition of benefits and costs
Train the process teams on the requirements


Qualifications & Skill Requirements

Minimum qualifications, Formal Education, Certifications or Equivalents Bachelor's degree in accounting or other relevant discipline
Strong expertise in Oracle EBS version 12, and good expertise in some of the following modules: AP, FA, GL
Functional knowledge of French and English (written and spoken)

Working Experience – Nature & Length Minimum of 7 years work experience.
Experience with Worflow Builder would be considered an asset
Experience with BI publisher would be considered an asset
Experience with User Productivity Kit (PUK) would be considered an asset
Additional qualifications – competency requirements
Ability to work effectively as a team and independently
Ability to manage priorities
Strong analytical skills and good professional judgement
Strong interpersonal skills in presentation and training
Experience in the implementation or migration of ERP
Excellent communication, work management and collaborative skills, and results-based
Leadership Requirements
Ability to travel Frequently (30%)
