Job Description:
Our client is in need of an experienced Auto Electrician with a background in earth moving equipment utilised in the mining industry to join their team on site in the Northern Cape.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Auto electrical maintenance, repairs and breakdowns on earth moving equipment and auxiliary vehicles.
  • Diagnose and install auto electrical equipment.
  • Daily inspections on tools and equipment.
  • Ensuring that health, safety, environmental and quality standards are adhered to.
  • Mentoring and training subordinates.

 
Requirements: Qualification and Skill

  • Auto Electrical Trade Certificate.
  • Matric certificate.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • 5 years’ experience as a qualified Auto Electrician within the mining industry.
  • This position is only open to South African citizens currently residing in South Africa.

 
Contractual information:

  • Permanent contract.
  • Relocation will be required.
