HR Systems Specialist (Workday)

Key Responsibilities:

Workday Recruitment (70%)

* Assist in the implementation of Workday Recruitment (transition from Page Up to Workday Recruitment, Business Process mapping, data migration, testing, training, improve overall experience for candidates, Hiring Managers and HR)
* Understand business needs and drivers globally to improve recruitment and on-boarding processes
* Support, maintain, configure and deploy system functionality
* Main point of contact for system users globally to provide troubleshooting, training and guidance; manage incoming queries to closure and escalate when required.

Workday Core HR (30%)

* Understand core HR configuration and Business Processes
* Assist with support and maintenance (e.g. create sup orgs, absence set ups, mass uploads using EIBs, backup support for the HR Systems Specialist)
* Reporting and analysis of Recruitment and HR data - develop reports to effectively communicate key information in a meaningful way to business stakeholders
* Maintain data integrity including position and employee data, reporting structures and security


* Bachelors degree in business, IT or human resources preferred

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

* You will have a passion for HR systems with a particular interest in Recruitment Systems. With a Recruitment systems background (Workday, Page Up, Taleo etc), proficiency with Workday is ideal and technical back-end Recruitment / HR (system admin / business analyst) experience is essential
* Strong excel skills
* Proven analytical skills and natural curiosity to identify and diagnose issues, suggest appropriate solutions and continuously improve
* Process and data reliability
* Ability to prioritise project and operational requirements and deliver high quality work within set time frames
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders globally
* Attention to detail for strong data accuracy is a must
* Fast learner to grasp new concepts quickly
* Self starter who can work autonomously - we are a global team and dont sit together in the same office or on the same time zones.
