Administrator, Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities:

* PRONTO: Ensuring Creditors function is accurately processed, matched to PO's, Processing.
* Ensure all asset additions are placed on m-end file in order for accountant to process.
* Creating of new Suppliers and ensuring the process is followed and regularly updated.
* AP Housekeeping is kept up to date.
* Running and distributing the AR listing report by the 25th of each month.
* Processing and controlling of FQMSA petty cash.
* Filing of all documentation.
* Updating weekly FX rates.
* Weekly and monthly printing/copies/scanning and distribution of Intercompany invoices.
* Weekly and monthly creation of service invoices, and distributing to site (With transaction listing).
* Running commitment reports, and loading AP for payments weekly (or if and when required).
* Distributing remittances to suppliers.
* Accurate General Ledger processing and balance sheet recons monthly.
* Assisting the team in ensuring that all deadline dates and reporting is met timeously monthly (in line with First Quantum's scheduled deadline dates).
* Ensure authority matrix is adhered to.
* Advise of, and participate in, process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
* Any other duties required by management from time to time.

Experience & Skills:

* A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience (not sure what a reasonable amount of experience is?)
* 3 year Diploma / Degree (not a necessity but will be helpful)
